/////// problem
As a leading force in the insurance business in Spain, Santalucía faces challenges with an outdated client management platform causing inefficiencies. Users encounter obstacles in their daily tasks due to the system's technical obsolescence. These limitations hinder Santalucía's ability to deliver optimal services and personalized experiences, highlighting the need for a modern, adaptive client management solution.
/////// solution
The solution involved creating a highly customizable client management tool to provide personalized services after following a thorough product design process. Key steps included understanding user needs, evaluating the current platform, gathering usage data, creating service blueprints, and designing prototypes based on user feedback. Pre-development user testing sessions allowed for iterative refinement, ensuring alignment with user requirements.
Through strategic leadership, the team was guided through a holistic product design process, encompassing everything from initial research to final testing. By prioritizing user-centric design principles, we conducted extensive research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points thoroughly. My role extended beyond project management; I actively mentored the team and ensured alignment with Santalucía's vision, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration between the agency and the client.

Santalucía faced a pressing challenge with its outdated client management platform. My role in this project encompassed strategic leadership as well as careful project management, ensuring execution from inception to delivery. Collaborating closely with Santalucía, I led a multidisciplinary team through a comprehensive product design process, focusing on understanding user needs, evaluating the current platform, and leveraging insights to create an innovative solution in the final stage.
The project began with in-depth user research, including heuristic evaluations and quantitative data analysis, to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Leveraging these insights, we developed a service blueprint to address key user needs and behaviors, guiding the design process. Prototypes were iteratively refined based on user feedback gathered through extensive testing sessions, ensuring that the final solution was intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with Santalucía's goals.
My leadership extended to supervising the implementation phase, coordinating team efforts, and overseeing the integration of tracking tools to monitor user behavior post-launch. Throughout the project, I facilitated co-creation sessions with Santalucía stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with their expertise. As the project progresses into the development phase, my focus remains on guiding the team and refining the solution to meet Santalucía's evolving needs.
